Account-level GBP restriction since Feb 28 2025 — two appeals auto-denied, former lead gen agency, now a real business owner. Realistic path?

My Primary google account is restricted for GBP access. This led to my GBP being suspended, so I transfered ownership of that to my wifes email, and all is good with that. The problem I am facing now is that with my restricted account I have my google ads on that, and my local service ads. Both of those are doing very bad. I haven't got a single lead from my local service ads, and I believe it's because of this backend restriction. Google ads expert said my account is sort of being black boxed because of trust signals. I need to un restrict this main google account.

I have submitted two appeals with all relevant documents and data, both were denied. I am an actual business owner with all docs, and insurance, everything. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Sounds to me like you definitely need to start over with a brand new account that is not connected to the old account in any way.
