Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't recall seeing this error message before.

When submitting to Acxiom, we're getting the error message that is preventing us from submitting new listings: "There was an error processing your request: IP address is being used by another user."

Anyone know what this means?

Try chat support during business hours, that's the only way I've been able to get anywhere with them.

Definitely don't try to contact the bulk upload people...they will completely ignore your emails unless they think you're about to pay them.

Acxiom support is pretty much non-existent the past few months, but trying over the course of multiple days we were able to reach chat support during business hours.

I've never gotten anywhere calling them.
 
Thanks for the tip John! I'll try contacting them by chat during regular business hours - see where that gets me!

I call in normally. I've had pretty good success with it on a limited basis.

Chat works great too.
