A pattern we've been noticing of late is clients validating GBPs through video on their own and when they invite us, it immediately triggers a revalidation.

Is this normal? Could the act of adding an agency account to the GBP be the trigger for these or are we just getting paranoid?
 
Unlikely, but possible. If Google has some sort of issue with the manager account, it could cause issues.
 
I'd be surprised if they had some flag on their accounts. These are typically clients creating their first GBPs.

I assume if it were the agency account (with over a thousand GBPs in it), a "problem" would mean suspension.
 
How does one contact support these days?
