Another new one for me, and the opposite of the current GBP bug where the KP doesn't show up.

Every location for one of my Google accounts shows the sidebar KP and the note that I manage this business profile, but the main GBP "Your business on Google" links are not showing up.

The link syntax is the same compared to my other accounts:

I double checked the status of that Google account with https://myaccount.google.com/restrictions?pli=1 (thanks for that recent reminder @ElizabethRule):

I also tested out the suggestion by @Syed Amir that seems to work to show the KP when it's missing and no change.
 
I was letting this ride out a few days just to see if it was a glitch, I have never had to escalate an account based issue before, is there a form or process for reporting that kind of problem?
 
Same issue here for one client. Right side KP is visible and can only edit from pencil. The middle buttons are all missing. We have escalated all 5 locations in his account to Google support and they are actively investigating. Thought this was a lone issue since he is not suspended or anything. Will update when we get resolution from Google.

Where did you escalate the issue with Google?
 
Makes me reconsider using an agency account and having all my customers under one umbrella, I feel for the OP on that Google forum . . . over 200 customers that they can't service for almost a month now.
 
Posts that I have scheduled via 3rd party app are still going through at least.

I just checked using the Maps app on a Pixel 10 when I switch to the affected Google account and all of the admin options are available . . . I can't vouch for iOS.

I do not think this is an agency account issue, despite what OP says on the forum. I am not seeing this issue on any profile I have access to in an agency account.

Right, but that just means your particular profiles aren't affected . . . I'm not saying it's an agency specific problem, I'm saying in general agency account users are more likely to have all accounts under 1 profile.

I will try creating a brand new Google Account and add it as an owner (via the Maps app) to see if the issue migrates to the new profile.
