Advertising Agency unable to hide address in GMB

Hey Guys,

A marketing Agency has just asked me how to hide a GMB address,

I sent over the details and they said they didn't have the option to delete the address as per my video

I'm wondering what the reason is? My thoughts are that you are not allowed to have a hidden address for an Advertising Agency Category? or could it be something else?

There are certain categories that aren't available for service area businesses. I'm guessing it's a category issue.

I would need to see the video to better asset the issue. Is it category-related, did they not add the service area prior to clearing the address?
