Amazon Hubs?

Anyone know how a business can get local search visibility for hubs in the same way that Amazon gets it for theirs?

Example:

Doubt that these hubs are licensed businesses but maybe Amazon has obtained leases for their lockers?

While the guidelines say "express mail dropboxes", it's clear from Amazon Hubs and other large organisations they're allowing pickup points as well.

In many instances the other services are the postal service, but not all.

The amazon listings appear as though they have a custom category, but given how frequently categories change it could be one no longer offered. There are other categories which could be used.

Your listings will likely get close scrutiny, but if they are legit I don't know why they wouldn't be approved.
