A previously verified contractor client has exhausted three attempts to become verified.
They are a hybrid service business, so the first two videos showed someone unlocking the door that had a logo on it, entering building, the office, construction materials and his truck with logo that was backed into the garage bay.
When those attempts failed, I changed the business to SAB, and created a similar video without entering the building. Then we got the dreaded 'No more ways to verify'.
I can submit the business formation document, but the utility bills don't have the company name on them. (I don't know why they ask for utility bills, since many SAB's are home-based and wouldn't have the company name on them either.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this? I have submitted tickets to Google but they only offer general AI suggestions.
