Another 'No more ways to verify' issue

A previously verified contractor client has exhausted three attempts to become verified.

They are a hybrid service business, so the first two videos showed someone unlocking the door that had a logo on it, entering building, the office, construction materials and his truck with logo that was backed into the garage bay.

When those attempts failed, I changed the business to SAB, and created a similar video without entering the building. Then we got the dreaded 'No more ways to verify'.

I can submit the business formation document, but the utility bills don't have the company name on them. (I don't know why they ask for utility bills, since many SAB's are home-based and wouldn't have the company name on them either.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this? I have submitted tickets to Google but they only offer general AI suggestions.

Thank you Colan. As I mentioned, the company is actually a hybrid service area business. Contractors buy from the business location and his crew serves customers at their homes.

Should I hide the address before reaching out for help again? This GBP had been verified for years before this happened and I don't know what triggered the reverification.

If it's a hybrid you can show the address as long as the locations has permanent signage.

Contact support for no more ways to verify. I've got a couple listings waiting on that one.

Hey, for service area businesses, my go-to is truck magnets from Vista Print or any other company that does those. The client can get a set for both vehicle doors for $20 or less. Requirements are accessing company property with a name on it, essentially (not to break it down to base elements, but...).

Toss a magnet with official logo on a vehicle. Pull up to your hidden service area address you're verifying at and park. start the verification video while your vehicle is running. Turn it off, get out, close the door. Show the branding on the side of the vehicle. Walk up to your front door. Unlock it. Open it and go inside. Turn around and close the door and stop your verification video.
