Hi,
We have a client with this possible GBP Suspension issues:
1) Used his old business profile for basement renovations and updated it vs starting a new one
2) Had it at his home address and moved the listing to his shared office before verifying it
3) Has a shared office space and did the video tour from there. Did video verification - and still failed.
So the client attempted to appeal for reinstatement and still failed.
We are assuming that Google is NOT going to listen to any more appeals, since he even did a video walk-through, send records and docs etc. and still rejected. Is there is any other recourse or if a new business entity is about all that is left to get the client's business listed?
