With so much spam in my industry looking for help with making reporting more effective. A lot of people are utilize multiple listings for the same business, using random houses to gain visibility and no matter how you suggest the edit and include screenshot of proof. Google just denies the edit.

Solution
Screenshots are sometimes not enough.
Provide the link on the maps, provide a link to the secretary of state for the business license, photos of the location (if you're in the same area). Anything and everything you can find. Soemtimes they'll have links or text on their site with different addresses, phone numbers or appointment only. Others say that they don't have a physical office - report it. If the business is in a Regus or similar CoWorking Space, provide the link to that office rental location. You need to provide as much info so that a person can quickly glance and say "yep, this is fake". The spam team will not DIG into anything. It all must be presented as easy to read and click or the removal won't happen.

I looked at the business profiles in question. One can have the name updated and countless reviews removed. Two are using coworking spaces, but I can't determine if they have an executive office or are renting desks. The remaining two are using residential addresses and are verified. Google won't take action and remove those 4 locations. There is a major difference between Google's TOS and Google enforcing them or investigating business profiles for said violations.

Curious do you think a video recording showing the house with no signage - Would that make any impact to get Google to do something?

Google is not going to remove a verified business profile displaying the address. There would need to be more than one policy violation in order for Google to take action and suspend the profile, like excessive keyword stuffing, or a sales style business description.
