Recently, we have not received the usual email notifications from GBP management requests confirming they were sent. Anyone else experiencing this?
 
We use an agency dashboard and have not run into this. Have you tried contacting GBP support?

Hi Colan,

Thanks for the response. We use an agency dashboard as well and have hundreds of GBP listings we manage. We have not contacted GBP Support yet. In our experience, this has happened before and those ended up being a Google bug so we assumed that was likely the case. Do you have a recommendation on how to go about inquiring with GBP Support about this?
 
Same issue here across two different Google accounts- one using an @gmail address and the other a domain based email through Microsoft.

When the management request is initiated in SERPs, the typical "your request as been sent" message appears, but the confirmation email never comes through and the recipient never receives the request to their email. Nothing happens at all.
