Anyone Seeing More Restricted Profiles Lately?

I might come up against a restricted user profile 2 or 3 times a year, but I have been involved in 2 or 3 cases in the last two weeks! Anyone else seeing a wave of restricted user accounts?

I’ve seen more people mention verification/restriction issues lately too, especially around profiles with recent ownership changes, multiple managers, or repeated edits. Hard to tell if it’s a real wave or just more visible reports, but it does feel like Google is getting more sensitive around account/profile trust signals.
