Bad review on companies driving ability ( they are painters )

Hey Guys,

So I haven't dealt with one like this in a while, and wondered if its still the same interpretation from Google, where any interaction with the company means a review is valid even, if it's not about the work.

Is it worth trying to get it removed?

It can't hurt to try and flag it but I don't think Google will remove it since it's still technically an interaction with the business.

Google won’t remove that review as it’s a personal interaction with the company. The owner made matters worse with their reply and that will turn away potential customers in the future. The point of the reply is to deescalate the situation, get the reviewer to take it offline and convey to potential customers that you take all feedback seriously. That reply added fuel the fire and the reviewer came back harder.
