BBB Live Chat Feature

I'm seeing a live chat feature on BBB today. Seems super useful although I haven't checked the quality and usefulness as of yet.

Anyone else seeing this feature? Have you tried it out?

Great find, Colan. I do see it, but (at least to me) it's pretty easy to miss. Unobtrusive down there.

I wonder whether you could fast-track a free (non-accredited) listing by contacting a rep. Speaking of which, I wonder if you get a rep, or they're all at lunch all the time. I may look into that one.
