Best / cheapest provider to set up multiple phone numbers

Hi guys,

Quick question I'm hoping somebody might be able to help with. I have a new medical client in the US who is going to start listing their departments and practitioners separately on GMB.

All of a sudden they want to add 250+ unique new phone numbers. Has anybody done anything similar in the past and can recommend a provider / solution for new phone numbers that's cost effective?

- Also how big would the risk be of sharing numbers?

Dunno if it is relevant to this discussion, but Twilio recently acquired SendGrid.

fyi, in general google doesn't trust twilio numbers. For example, in the past, google rarely allowed you to use twilio for a phone verification of a GMB, or a sms verification of a new gmail.
