Best Method to Check sites All Scenarios?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had a tool or site they used to check websites after making major aesthetic & code changes. A tool that allows you to view Desktop > Tablet > Mobile & Different browser types.

Just curious to hear some ideas from you guys, so far the tools I've learned from this forum have helped me tremendously and I look forward to hearing from you wonderful intelligent people.
