Has ANYONE had any luck getting a hold of chat support for Bing. THey used to be OUTSTANDING prior to this new dashboard. Now , both times, I waited an hour the first time and today 30 min. I get to first in the que and it just sits there and nothing happens

I dont know what else to do. This is crazy
 
Sounds like maybe they had a hiccup in your specific chat? I had to wait about an hour for a chat reply -- this was probably a month ago. But they finally showed up and have been communicating with me via email, on the exact days they promised, to keep me posted on the situation.

Sorry you didn't have a better experience. Maybe try again?
