Hey everyone,

I have a friend running a physio business and had been using the booking option on GBP to refer clients to but the option disappeared in the knowledge graph and sure enough I cant add or find it when Im looking for it. Has anyone run across this or have any suggestions? The profile itself isn't fully optimized but has been verified and has 11 reviews on it.

@walkities - Given that the profile isn't fully optimized, is there any chance that someone did some optimization and changed the categories? Specifically, any chance someone removed a category that was giving you that booking link?
 
Not likely, Im trying to find out if they made any changes to the profile but it's doubtful as this is a friends home based business. I heard some people say it has to do with some changes being made and it's possible its the category but I checked the same category in some bigger city centers and they have appointments enabled on their account.

Going to keep looking, they don't have their phone number on it so maybe thats an issue and Im trying to find out why but thought that might be why, just seems weird.
 
Do they use some kind of booking system?
Perhaps the system they are using has stopped supporting GBP bookings?
Perhaps the previous option was not a redirect to booking, but a modified version of "send a message" that was available in some categories, but when messages were discontinued in July, the button to reply to booking/message disappeared. Of course, this is assuming nothing else was changed in the profile.

I assume the reserve with Google is the same thing?
