Can a SAB Repair Business Safely Transition to Receiving Clients at its Registered Address without Additional Verification from Google?

Hey,

I have a client who owns a Repair business that is registered as a SAB and verified with reviews.
Now he is making a change and will be receiving clients at his address (the same address where the SAB is registered and hidden).

What is the right thing to do?
Can we just inform google without any extra verifications and they will change it ?

Once you show the address, Google will make you verify via postcard. This happens anytime the address gets changed.

This is exactly what I would like to do. Is there anything we should do to avoid any possible issues?

Have a lot of proof ready, for example, business license, paperwork etc.. that all show the business is at that address
