Cannot Add Picture to Weekly Update on Google Business Profile

I've been doing weekly updates on My Google Business Profile for several years. I always add a new picture to this update. Suddenly, this week, Google is not letting me add this picture. The picture is PNG, 720 PX x 443 PX, 580 KB. Why am I having this problem? Is anybody else having this problem? How do I correct this problem?

Note: When I try to add this picture, and I have tried other pictures as well, Google keeps sending me a message that says "Transfer encountered too many consecutive failures". I also do this same thing for my wife's business and her separate website and I am getting the same problem.
