Can't see GBP admin panels? Anyone have the same issue?

Hey, a team member of mine can't see client GBP admin panels when they click on the client name from our agency GBP manager. Same thing when they search for the client name on Google too. However, two other team members can still still it. Any idea what the fix is? We tried clearing history/cache, updating chrome, ensuring the correct email is being used, removing and adding the member from the GBP manager and restarting the computer.

I saw a Reddit post today where somebody else stated that they had experienced the same thing. I am not sure if it’s a glitch or an A/B test.

It's a technical issue. Google is working on fixing it.

I had this issue last week just in my UK accounts. A few days later it all magically came back

People are still experiencing this issue as of today.

I am having the same issues for one of my accounts that has access to around 40 listings.

Hi @JoyHawkins, did you hear about any progress with this issue? Our team manages thousands of accounts, and we have not been able to access GBP advanced settings for over two weeks now. Nothing seems to work, we tried different browsers, clearing cache, adding new members to the account, trying to access it directly from Maps, no luck so far.

It would be greatly appreciated if you can elaborate on the issue.
