Categories changing and it's not me...

Hello.

So, my problem is that I have a client where I put all 10 categories that the profile needs, but it always changes (and it's not me or him) to just 1 category. Could this be Google's algorithm?

Have yuo checked that you don't have some API with access that's set to allow only that category?
