Category in City

Hello,

Can you explain me why Google print the category differently; somtimes with the city and sometimes not.
Attached the screenshots of two differents GMB profiles where you will see on the first "Plombier à Lille" (Plumber in Lille ) and only the catgeroy on the second capture...

@nazim, the main factor is whether you have "hidden" your address. If you have a service-area business and you have specified your street address on your Google My Business page, usually that line will display "category + city (or other place name." If you've hidden your address, neither the category (e.g. "Plombier") nor the city will show up in that section.
