Chat software recommendations?

I have a new law firm client that is looking for a chat app to integrate with WordPress. I currently use a hosted chat service for other clients, but this client wants a self run chat service where the people in his office handle the chats. I know there are a lot of options out there, but does anybody have experience with one that they can recommend? My most important criteria is that it integrates with Google Analytics and Ads to show conversions.
