Citation management services in 2021

Hi folks, I'm an in-house local SEO at an enterprise business with several hundred locations, and I'm looking for citation management services to help us with Apple Maps and Bing specifically through APIs. We're likely going to need to RFP so I need a couple of options. I've talked to Whitespark (thanks Darren!) and Moz Local.

Does anyone have recommendations or considerations when looking for this type of service? Thanks much!
