Client Not Seeing GBP Branded Search

Hi, our client is not seeing their GBP on a branded search. I did the same search and was fine and did the search using geo locator to their address and was also fine for me. It looks like their search had a weird location tool on it which I am not sure what it is. Any insight would be appreciated. TIA!

Do they get the same results when you search in incognito mode? It could be that they are only getting different results because they are listed as managers of the listing

I've tried searching with our profile that has access to the listing and still am not seeing what the client sees
