Competitor using UPS Store

I have a competitor ranking number 1 in the map pack and he is using a UPS store address.

What would you guys do in this situation?

Try to have it removed by reporting it or continue to fight it by improving my rankings?

I have a much newer domain and rank 4 so a single position increase would put me in the map pack.

@xds40, what @Colan Nielsen said. Three other things I suggest:

1. If Google won't remove the listing and won't fix the address, try to add a listing with the correct address. A duplicate can help you in a few ways.

2. Try to get his Yelp, YP, and maybe other listings fixed. Those two sites in particular are OK at approving credible public edits.

3. If your competitor is in a profession that requires licensing, contact the licensing body about his deceptive marketing practices.
