Competitors listing, customers reviewing multiple locations.

I have a competitor that is recommending his customers review him in multiple cites that he has listings. Google TOS "Do not leave reviews for the same business in multiple locations. Here is a link to one person leaving 2 reviews, one for each location. A total of 11 people have done the same thing.

What is the best way to get these reviews removed?

The best way to report it would be to post a thread on the GMB forum. Include the links to all 11 reviewers you've identified that have reviewed multiple locations.
