Fire alarm complaint that is the wrong address. I appealed and it was denied

As far as Google is concerned both you and the property on Frankin Avenue are StayTony meaning the erroneous review is considered correct.

Have you trademarked your name? Can you get the other property to change their name?

The building was owned by StayTony but was sold three years ago. They should not be responsible for third party, out of date scraped listings. Nowhere is staytony.com currently associated with the Franklin Ave property, not on StayTony.com or in Google Business.
