@toolroom - In my experience, reviews left for the wrong business have a good chance of being removed. In this case, the review says "The stay tony on Franklin Ave", which is clearly some other business/building because the address on the Business Profile is Cynthia St.
IMO, it doesn't matter if you have a business on Franklin Ave, or used to, or own a building there, etc. What matters is that the review is for somewhere else.
I'd recommend this workflow:
1.) First, flag the review. Instructions here:
https://support.google.com/business/answer/4596773
Wait 3 days. If it is not removed by day 4, move to step 2.
2.) Report the review using the reporting tool:
- Review reporting tool: https://support.google.com/business/workflow/9945796
- Confirm your email address
- Select the correct business from the list
- Click through to the reviews and find the one you'd like to report. Click the "Report" link.
- Select the reason you're reporting the review
Wait 3 days. If it is not removed by day 4, move to step 3.
3.) Return to the Review reporting tool and appeal the decision. Use this opportunity to explain that the review is for some other business/building on a different street.
Wait 3 days. If it is not removed by day 4, move to step 4.
4.) If Google denies your appeal, try the
help community.
