Deleting a GA4 account without a property

Weird one... I posted on the Google Analytics support forum and didn't get a reply (it's pretty dead over there).

I've just moved a GA4 property from one account to another. I now want to delete the empty account, but I can't get back to the account's admin screen (due to the lack of property).

I've tried changing the URL to add the account ID, but a property ID is required, so that fails too.

Does anyone know a workaround, or what obvious solution I've missed?

Not that I can see. Even if I linked the products, I still have a property-less account that I can't delete in GA
