If have changed the address in a customer's listing appr. 2 weeks ago. The old address was in a city called "Neu-Isenburg" and the office is now in "Frankfurt am Main". As you can see on the attached knowledge panel screenshot, the new address is still not being shown next to the category.

Is is just a matter of time until that will be displayed correctly? Or do I need to contact support in order to get it right?

That's possible. Try contacting GMB support and they may be able to confirm.
Just to finish this up for everybody: I emailed the GMB-support on a Wednesday and the change was made on Thursday or Friday. However, I never received a reply from the support. So it remains unclear if the support team made the change or if it was simply a matter of time after initially changing the address...
