Direct Review Link Not Working

I just checked on the review emails we send out a few weeks after performing a service to local customers and realized that the link we've been providing no longer brings up the "Write a Review" box on Google.

I tried a few of the different "Google Review Link Generators", and none of them seem to work. They just bring up the business listing.

Anybody seeing this? Or do the direct review links no longer work?
