Disapproved Ads - "Additional redress option (EU only)"

We just launched ads for our new client and they are being disapproved due to "Additional redress option (EU only)". This is a local pool service company located in Phoenix AZ and their ads are geo-targeting a small section of Phoenix. I don't understand why we are being disapproved for an EU policy. I have tried appealing and keep getting disapproved. Any advice?

Hey Rich, I've seen the Additional redress option (EU only) policy limitation/disapproval - but I'd be more worried about why the Compromised site and Circumventing systems violations were applied.

I would scan your site ASAP and contact support, the appeals almost never get approved in my experience. Make sure you get a case ID. If it's all wrongfully applied it shouldn't take too much time to make right.
