I have a fairly large retail client who is getting slammed on Facebook by an x-employee. Even consumers who have left a positiove review are getting slammed by this same user, who uses an alias name on FB. Any recommendations on how to stop this person on Facebook?

Your client needs to contact the local police and speak with a lawyer. They can also turn off the FB reviews for the time being as well.
 
Have you reported any of this to Facebook?
 
Thanks for the feedback. Client says they contacted FB a while ago and FB said there wasn't anything they could do. They also went into Settings and set posts to be approved first. Although I saw they received another customer post and it was not approved.
