A good free geotag software is GeoSetter. GeoSetter

mborgelt i know it's old thread but still:
So you 1stly geotag image using GeoSetter, and than simply upload it to top image sharing sites? Our should i use 'additional' image settings on photo sharing sites directly?

Also i was thinking about adding NAP in photo description, wouldn't hurt
