Does managing GBP from a different country IP cause suspensions?

Hello everyone,

I am based in country A and usually work remotely with clients from different countries, helping them manage their Google Business Profiles. I would like to know if managing these profiles from a different country IP can affect the health of the GBP or potentially lead to suspensions.

Has anyone experienced this, or can someone from the community clarify how Google views this situation?

I physically split time in the US, Canada and Mexico and work with GBPs in all 3 countries. Typically I TRY to remember to VPN to the country of the location, but I definitely forget at times over the last 5 years. Never had any suspensions that I could attribute to that.
