Here's the situation...

The client has been suffering from a rankings drop for a few weeks now. Here's his G+ page: https://plus.google.com/102374515347...01/posts?hl=en

This morning, using Linda's new G+ Local search tip, I found this closed listing from a business they had in Utah dating back to 2009 or so: https://plus.google.com/u/0/112388827288725735518/about

Unfortunately, the NAW all overlap with the current NC-based business. It looks to me like he tried to edit the SLC listing and then ended up marking it closed and creating a new one. How would you suggest handling this?

Does anyone think there is any chance Google would allow merging reviews into his NC page, even though he moved across the country?

Bryan is right. Would not hurt to ask.

But generally to move reviews over they try to determine if the user experience has changed. If it's just a move down the street, same everything else, no prob. But I think they would see a move cross country as too big of a move. BUT that's just my impression, like many things with support it's a judgement call by whoever you get on the phone. So try it and let us know what they say.

Thank you both! I'll give it a try and let you know.
