By the time I got to the end of the setup wizard the profile was suspended for deceptive content & behaviour.

The incorporation name is Company Name Inc. & initially the GBP was named Company Name & Refrigeration.

I updated it to just Company Name (I have read in multiple places that Google prefers the LLC/INC etc is not included in the GBP name?). Made sure the name is consistent across the website also.

Primary - HVAC contractor
Additional - Furnace repair service
Additional - Air conditioning contractor
Additional - Air conditioning repair service
Additional - Air conditioning system supplier

SAB with a new website, clear mention of all 5 categories on the landing page.

Seeing as it was already hard suspended, I updated everything else of pertinence: secondary categories specific to their business, added the chat via sms, utm code the the URL.

Added a cover photo, logo & about a dozen installation photos.

Tomorrow submitting the first appeal here:
https://support.google.com/business...159347678899-1141487743&p=manage_appeals&rd=1
Have the incorporation certificate and the business license registered at the home address to be submitted.

Anything else I should be getting in order before the submission?

Is the business on BBB.org and their state's official business lookup (SOS website)? If not, get them added there before you submit. Also, make sure the address is hidden on the profile, since it is an SAB.
You’re doing it right so far. A few key things to line up before submitting or re-submitting the appeal:
  1. Make sure the profile has no visible address if it’s a service-area business
  2. Confirm the business is listed on the state’s SOS website and ideally also on BBB.org. Google increasingly cross-checks with third-party data
  3. Have strong documentation ready: incorporation papers, license, utility bills, insurance, supplier invoices, anything official that shows the business operates at the claimed location

For the "additional context" box on the appeal form, keep it short and factual. Call out what you fixed (like name changes, address hidden), list what documents you’ve provided, and make it clear the business is active and legitimate.

If the "Get Verified" option shows up again in the dashboard, that is a valid path and worth doing. It is part of a newer flow Google is rolling out after suspensions. You can do that and still submit the second appeal through the official form here:
