hey guys, I need to transfer a website from my Godaddy Hosting to another person's hosting in Godaddy, what's the easiest plugin I can use for this please?

Duplicator - Duplicator – WordPress Migration Plugin
If this site is large (maybe 350MB+) then excluding the upload directory and migrating that separate would probably make sense. (assuming most of the content is in the upload directory)
Shared hosting like GoDaddy sometimes kills the process while it is being built if it takes long.
Make sure to exclude any other backups you may have, staging sites, addon domain sites...
