Email notifications for Q&A

We do not receive consistent email notifications from GMB for questions that are posted to one of our locations. All selections are checked within account settings. We do receive email notifications when reviews are posted to any location.

Is there an alternate way to set up notifications for Q&A or have others experienced sporadic email notifications?

Hi @Niki Gross Google's notifications are pretty inconsistent. GatherUp has a feature that collects Q&A data and sends notifications for new ones. I would take a look at that as an option. GatherUp Google Q&A Report ⋆ GatherUp User Guide
