I have a client that uses "Site Minder" as the booking engine for their resort. They are bing told that the engine is one that Google uses for Booking.

What they are wondering is how to get the booking engine connected to the Maps listing.

Any thoughts?

As far as I know Ben, that's an automated process. I'm not sure it's something that can be requested.

But let's see if anyone else knows for sure.

Here is the official word on booking links: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6218037?hl=en but I do not think hotels are eligible. There is a different Google program for that.

SiteMinder is a certified partner (Google Hotel Ads) for paid hotel booking search integration. Here is a live example of what that looks like:

I'm guessing that your client is using TheBookingButton product. You will need to check with SiteMinder whether the booking integretion is available at that level or if they need to add in Channel Manager.

Thanks for the feedback PB. I will let them know and report back with whatever the resolution is :)
