Xenforo Enhanced Search has been added to the forum (and Elastic Search to the server).
There were a few reasons for doing this but for forum members the main advantage is that searches are faster and it gets around some of the limitations of MySQL searches. The main one is probably that regular MySQL searches are limited to terms 4 characters long or longer. That is no longer true with Elastic Search and the Enhanced Search addon gives us access to Elastic Search on the server.
