Follow and Welcome Offer Deprecation

Google just announced the deprecation of the Follow and Welcome Offer on the GBP Community Forum.

"Soon, customers will no longer be able to follow businesses on Google Search or the Google Maps app. You will not be able to send new welcome offers. If you already sent customers a welcome offer, that offer will work until it expires."

I believe they did it because:
- not many users used it, even I thought it had a lot of potential
- not only could be quite confusing creating it, but you needed to use the GBP/GMB App, which is deprecating
