GBP Categories changing depending on search term?

I noticed today while doing some searches that the category showing on the GBP was changing depending on my search query.

Hi there, ya this is something we notice on the Google Map search result page often. The categories shown below the business name is sometime the secondary category that closely matches the search term.

See an example for the search term 'employment lawyer nearby' and how it compares with the primary category provided by GMB Everywhere.
