The GBP for a local excavating contractor (the company was founded in May 2024) was created on February 12th. The business owner received a text message with the code we used to verify the Profile. We linked to the business' website, added the logo, a business description, and photos showing the equipment and several excavation jobs. The website URL has the exact same business name. In any case,The GBP was almost immediately suspended.

We appealed the suspension and uploaded scanned documents, such as the owner's EIN number, California State Contractor's License, US Department of Transportation number, and a photo of his branded vehicle showing the street number where it was parked. The business name, phone number, and address information on all of the documents we submitted exactly matched the address we used to verify the GBP.

The initial suspension indicated that the GBP contained "Deceptive content." On March 6th, we learned that the appeal was denied.

So, we appealed the denial on March 7th, again submitting the above documentation. Almost immediately, we were informed that the second appeal was denied because the business "Violates GBP quality guidelines."

I have a Case Number, but do not know how to proceed from here. Thanks in advance for your guidance.
