GBP Just disappeared from google for no reason

Hey one of our clients is a Locksmith in MO, their GBP today disappeared from google and there is no mention to it no where. and it's not suspended, it disappeared.

- No email from google whatsoever
- Doesn't exist in the appeal tool
- No one edited or removed it from the dashboard
- Owner gmail is a regular gmail, not workspace (google can delete workspace's and then the business is gone, not the case here)
- Google Chat rep says they can't see the buisness as well

Clueless since this never happened to us, I don't have the CID of the business but below are the share link and the review link, would appreciate any help, super weird case.

The usual culprit in these cases is that there was a tool that was connected and had API access and was removed, thus deleting the listing.

You should be able to contact support, provide them that link and see if they can restore the listing. If they cannot, they might tell you to recreate it and then they can move over the reviews.
