GBP Management Requests: 3-Day Response Time?

Hello everyone, I have a question about the management request (not ownership request) on GBP. Does it also have a three-day window for the owners to respond; otherwise, the requester may be able to gain access?

Yes, according to Google's guidelines on the process, the owner has 3 days to reply in the form of accepting or denying the request. If they do not reply the requester might have the option to claim the profile.
