GBP phone verification question

Has anyone done a Google Business Profile phone verification recently? Does it simply involve receiving and entering a PIN, like it used to? Or are they going to ask questions to verify the address, hours, name, etc. I haven't seen this option in a long time, but it's coming up for me today.

Hey Rich -

Yep, it's normal. I've been making a ton of listings for some clients who expanded recently and it's been really easy to get them verified. There is also the email option too, which I've had to use a time or two simply to receive the pin code when the phone option failed to trigger. You should be good to go!
