Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this?

I've got a few clients that have switched numbers last month, usually this update to the GBP takes 10 or 15 minutes, at the absolute worst 2 or 3 days. Now we are getting a message that it could take up to 30 days. This has now become an issue as some of the old phone numbers were switched off on July 1st.

I created a case with support but it seems like they are backed up as well. As I get a 3 or 4 day turnaround time, only to receive "Routing this to a specialist, blah blah 24-48 hours" which then takes another 3 or 4 days. An 8 day turnaround as you know can span over 3 weeks.

I have never seen the "May take up to 30 days" until now.
Just wanted to piggyback off of this and say that we're seeing this message too in some (not all) of our listings when we update information.

GBP Support has been good in the past when it comes to fixing "stuck in review" information before, but I'm curious if there will be any issues with Support helping if it's still stuck in say 3-5 days given that the message does explicitly say 30 days,
